Creating a PDF book from a DPL query

This is an example which shows how to use the Pdf Book extension to generate a book from the results of a DPL query. The results of the query are the list of articles below which will be used by Pdf Book in constructing the output, the query used to generate this list is as follows:

The format parameter is required because Pdf Book uses only title-links which are part of wikitext bullet lists in the page as its content for generating the book, but the DPL extension by default returns its results as HTML bullet list format, not wikitext.
