as it relates to article-procedure-quality record, i have been trying to figure
out how to "produce" a quality record. it is not a product. it is simply the history of
the use/access of the procedure. it is simply a history of the transformation of
the properties of an article.
i assign properties "red! blue!" to an article. these are xml properties, and
can be uesd to physically transform the apparent appearance in time of an article
at a given instance. at any moment, article=history=properties.
it just transforming the clothes (skin) that an article is wearing at any moment
and finding the article based on those properties.
