Peerd interface changed back to plain-vanilla SDL

Having the interface work with OpenGL is a very good proof of concept, but only comes into its own within a truly 3D environment, the plain non-GL version is more efficient for 2D. More importantly, the change back to plain SDL allows the current interface to be incoporated into the current state of the bootable peerix environment.

  • The changes from GL to plain SDL are here
  • The images have been removed for now because plain SDL can't do scaling or rotation
  • Pressing a key produces a BMP screenshot automatically
